I wanted to show off our inspirations photos as well as our DIY Owl Birthday Party. We had so much fun working on this birthday party and Christianna said, ”It was the best birthday party EVER!”
First our Inspiration Backdrop
Now our version of the backdrop. We used the streamers as a backdrop for the cake table as well as for the area where Christianna would later place and open her birthday presents. I am a little ashamed to say that the streamers are STILL up in our kitchen and living room.
Yes, I do realize that the party was 2 days ago but – blushing – my legs are killing me. I did not realize how many times I stooped and stood to measure and tape these ceiling to floor streamers…not until the morning after, that is. Man! So much pain and I can not even brag that I was exercising. No! I hurt because of decorating! Really?!?
