This year I have been very fortunate to win several giveaways. This one was one of my favorites. I found this giveaway on Facebook. As the winner, I was allowed to choose ANY one item from Marokel Jewelry.
I have always favored Asian inspired clothing and accessories so I immediately knew that this necklace was for me.
Don’t the knots on this necklace remind you of frogs found on so many Asian clothes? I just love the details like the tightly wound ivory threads wrapped around various sections of the necklace.
Instead of a clasp or metal closure, this necklace is adjusted by sliding a frog like knot down the tassel ends of this necklace. These tassel strands are eautiful with open shoulder summer tops.
Oh, and my birthday is in August so I thought the sweet little peridot at the center of the butterfly’s body was just perfect.
Then, of course, I lingered around the shop a little longer and purchased these earrings too. Beautiful!!!!
